1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns on order items within 14 days of purchase, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with any tags, labels, or seals intact.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Personalized or custom-made stationery items.
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective).
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If your item meets the return criteria, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- We will provide instructions for sending the product back.
- Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
3. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you within 3 business days whether your return is approved.
- If approved: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- If not approved: We will return the item to you.
Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
4. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us.
5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
